Summary
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a national law firm seeking an Employment Law Paralegal for its Houston office. The role supports employment litigation and case management through analysis of time and pay records, document review, subpoena assistance, discovery support, and coordination with administrative agencies and courts.
Responsibilities
- Merger and analysis of time and pay records in CSV and XLS files
- Document review
- Assistance with subpoenas
Skills
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience in handling employment matters, including working with the EEOC, TWC, DOL or other administrative agencies, state and federal court personnel, and have a solid knowledge of Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, macros, tables, etc.), strong organizational skills, knowledge to support employment litigation and case management, discovery, and familiarity with the Texas Code of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- * ABA-approved Paralegal certificate
- * 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- * Very strong knowledge of and experience with MS Excel
- * General knowledge of and experience with employment claims
- * Experience with Relativity or comparable litigation support software
- * Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills

- * Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
