Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a national law firm seeking a Paralegal for its Louisville, Kentucky office. The role supports insurance defense litigation through pleadings, medical records review, case management, research, e-discovery, and trial support.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, medical records request and review, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
- Proficiency in document management software (i.e., iManage and Relativity), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) and calendaring software is preferred
- Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Paralegal certification is required
