Summary
GSK is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on preventing and treating disease through specialty medicines and vaccines. The Oncology Account Manager will manage a defined territory, build partnerships with oncology care teams, execute territory business plans, improve patient access, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accountsin your territory
- Create and execute clear territory business plans that align with broader commercial goals
- Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies
- Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance
- Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trusted relationships and influencing without authority
