Summary
Hertz Flavors is an internationally operating company specializing in the development and production of customized flavors. The Key Account Project Manager supports Global Key Accounts by coordinating projects, managing customer requests and tenders, and ensuring reliable delivery through strong collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, set up and plan projects with the Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination
- Manage project execution and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
- Track and document project progress and proactively follow up on open topics
- Coordinate and support the execution of customer tenders (e.g. RFIs/RFQs)
- Ensure structured processing of customer project requests and requirements
- Work closely with internal experts to provide timely and consistent responses
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and reliable service towards the customer
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for project-related topics
- Support the implementation of customer-specific services and processes
- Coordinate technical topics and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities
Skills
- Academic degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, key account support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Business proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Excel
- Interest in supply chain, operations, and customer-specific solutions
Qualifications
