Summary
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is a leading national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Consumer Financial Services & Government Litigation practice. The role involves handling state and federal court matters, defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals, and working on class consumer and federal litigation.
Responsibilities
- The position is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys seeking high responsibility in state and federal court matters, defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation & appeals and class consumer and federal litigation
Skills
- Must be admitted to the IL Bar in good standing
- Candidates must possess experience handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience in federal litigation, consumer financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or consumer debt litigation preferred
Qualifications
Must Haves
