Summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is a national law firm with a nationally recognized Defense Litigation practice. The Litigation Associate Attorney will represent national and international insurers in high-stakes coverage and liability disputes and apply strong research, writing, and analytical skills to civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

  • Represent leading national and international insurers in high-stakes, complex coverage and liability disputes spanning bad faith, professional liability, cyber, construction defect, pollution, excess liability, and personal and advertising injury matters

Skills

  • Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
  • Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
  • Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred
