Responsibilities
- Work with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and planning needs
- Assist with arranging hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Research available travel options using approved supplier and reservation systems
- Help track confirmations, itinerary schedules, and reservation updates
- Provide responsive support through phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Assist with travel revisions, booking changes, and client follow-up requests
- Maintain accurate client records and organized planning documentation within company systems
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry announcements
- Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and team training programs
