Summary
iCatalyst, Inc. is a technology company specializing in AI, NLP, ML, RPA, and digital transformation solutions for federal and commercial clients. The Management Analyst will support a federal program by analyzing and improving business processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, managing program documentation, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Lead facilitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Develop, maintain, and manage program documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirements
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to support program management
- Develop and recommend business transition and change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Identify potential implementation risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful organizational change initiatives
- Engage stakeholders throughout planning and implementation activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and organizational priorities
- Provide support and expertise in assigned domain
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Special projects as needed
Skills
- Hybrid Opportunity - Must be local to the DC/VA/MD area and available to work onsite when needed
- * Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies
- * Proficiency in facilitation techniques, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
- * Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other program documentation
- * Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation methodologies
- * Ability to develop, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
- * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate organizational challenges and recommend effective solutions
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive presentations
- * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools such as Visio, Power BI, or equivalent process modeling and reporting applications
- * Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, program managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- * Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in business process reengineering, change management, facilitation, strategic analysis, or related business consulting disciplines
- * Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies
- * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- * Experience analyzing and improving business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- * Experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements validation sessions
- * Experience developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps, SOPs, business requirements documents, and implementation plans
- * Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to support program performance and decision-making
- * Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and business transition activities
- * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives
- * Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments
- * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; or
- * Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; or
- * A relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree
- * U.S. Citizenship required
- * Minimal or no travel anticipated
- * Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous process improvement frameworks is preferred
- * Experience supporting federal programs preferred
