Summary
Independent Health is hiring a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator to support its revenue cycle team. The fully remote role manages home infusion billing, claims resolution, accounts receivable, payor collections, compliance, and billing documentation while improving billing accuracy and turnaround.
Responsibilities
- Manage home infusion billing and reimbursement workflows
- Handle accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections)
- Resolve complex claims and denials
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Work cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and turnaround
- Maintain documentation and billing records in internal systems
Skills
- **2+ years of home infusion billing experience**
- **2+ years in reimbursement / AR / payor collections**
- Experience with **front-end billing + claims resolution**
- Strong understanding of **HIPAA compliance**
- Proficiency with **Excel and Microsoft Office**
- Experience with **Brightree** or similar systems
- Background in **complex infusion claims**
- Proven ability to meet or exceed billing/collection metrics
Qualifications
