Summary
Infotech builds software that supports road construction and infrastructure projects from bidding through completion. The Product Marketing Manager will lead market research, product messaging, go-to-market planning, and product launches while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to position products effectively and support sales success.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Market: You'll develop a deep understanding of our customers and competitors. This involves efforts like market research, analyzing customer feedback, and seeing what's happening in the industry
- Create the Message: You'll help define how we talk about our products. This means figuring out the key benefits and creating messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Plan Product Launches: You'll work with the product and sales teams to plan and execute product launches. This includes making sure everyone is aligned on the messaging and strategy
- Work with Product Teams: You'll collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and help shape the product roadmap
- Stay Competitive: You'll keep an eye on what our competitors are doing and help us differentiate our products
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or a related field and four years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management
- Construction management, civil engineering and/or agency background
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Natural relationship builder with initiative, integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Demonstrated experience in developing business plans and marketing strategies
- Experience and/or certification with Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Marketing, Silicon Valley Product Group, or other product management and product marketing frameworks are a plus
