Summary
Ingersoll Rand develops flow creation and life science technologies for industrial, life science, food and beverage, clean energy, and other markets. The Product Manager will own the business performance and lifecycle strategy for assigned Air Treatment product families, driving profitable growth, portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle decisions, and roadmap execution across equipment and aftermarket offerings.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue, bookings, margin, market share, and price realization for assigned product families
- Manage the portfolio across equipment, replacement parts, consumables, upgrades, retrofit kits, and service-related offerings
- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and lifecycle value
- Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps
- Translate customer, market, competitive, and channel insights into actionable strategy
- Build business cases and recommend investment priorities
- Define product requirements and commercial objectives
- Partner with Engineering through the NPD process
- Support stage-gate reviews, launch readiness, and commercialization
- Identify opportunities to expand recurring revenue and installed-base penetration
- Work with Service, Sales, and Engineering to develop lifecycle offerings
- Improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Develop pricing recommendations and value-based pricing strategies
