Job description

Summary

Integris is a nationally recognized leader in future-ready managed services, dedicated to empowering clients through innovative technology solutions. The Systems Technician is responsible for providing frontline technical support for end-user issues, managing inquiries, and conducting basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service intake via email and the client portal
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments
  • Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system
  • Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed
  • Adhere to established client support documentation

Skills

  • Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience
  • Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
