Summary
iPRONICS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its global hiring efforts across technical and business functions. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, assesses candidates, maintains recruiting data, and improves employer branding and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and alignment with company values
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain efficient candidate communication
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience
- Monitor talent market trends and competitor hiring activity
Skills
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of recruiting experience
- • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
- • Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, semiconductor, photonics, software, or related industries is highly preferred
