Summary
ITRex is a software and AI solutions company with distributed teams across Eastern Europe and the US. The HR Business Partner will own people processes end-to-end, support a portfolio of approximately 80–100 team members, partner with managers on people dynamics and risks, and drive improvements across performance, employee experience, analytics, administration, and knowledge management.

- Making data available proactively; flagging trends before they become problems
- Rippling: maintaining accurate employee data, processing changes, handling requests, and administering benefits for US-based employees
