The Business Development Manager will expand the company’s reach, develop strategic partnerships, generate sales opportunities, support marketing and content creation, and coordinate sales execution through client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and strategic partners
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through personalized outreach
- Build relationships with corporate leaders, HR professionals, and association partners
- Support business development initiatives that fuel long-term growth
- Keep opportunities organized and moving forward
- Track follow-ups and next steps within the CRM
- Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Help create a predictable, healthy sales pipeline
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for bureau partners and referral relationships
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
- Keep partner relationships engaged and informed
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Assist with marketing campaigns and content creation
- Edit short-form videos and digital content
- Help maintain a polished, professional brand presence across all client touchpoints
- Schedule meetings and prepare sales materials
- Capture meeting notes and action items
- Support contract preparation and client onboarding
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the Client Success team
