Job description
Summary
JTSi is a federal government consulting firm providing technical services to the Federal Government, including the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. The ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including enhancements, customizations, integrations, workflows, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
Responsibilities
- The ServiceNow Developer will assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- This role includes working on enhancements, customizations, and integrations while adhering to coding standards and best practices
- The junior developer will collaborate with the team to resolve issues, implement workflows, and contribute to system upgrades and improvements
Skills
- • Mid-level ServiceNow developer
- • Configuration (forms, UI policies, client/server scripting), catalog items, Service Portal
- • Update set hygiene and testing task execution
- • Federal experience a plus
- • US person, CONUS-based work only
- Microsoft Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Word
- Local to Herndon, VA preferred
