Summary
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Technician for their client located in East Boston. The role involves supporting various locations by wiring, configuring, imaging new laptops, desktops, and tablets, as well as assisting with ticket overflow from the service desk.
Responsibilities
- Wiring, configuring, imaging new laptops, desktops, and tablets
- Assisting with ticket overflow from the service desk
Skills
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging experience
- Deployment experience
- On/off boarding experience
- Must have all immunizations up to date
- Must be able to get onsite in East Boston 5 Days a week
- Eagerness to learn and be highly motivated
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any Employer without restriction or expiration - no exceptions
- Because this position requires on site attendance, only applicants currently local to MA or NH will be considered - no exceptions
