Job description
Summary
Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain software for clients' systems. The role involves translating requirements into tested code, developing APIs and services, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating as part of an Agile team.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and tests software features and fixes
- Builds and maintains APIs, services and database interactions
- Writes unit and integration tests
- Participates in code reviews and design discussions
- Troubleshoots defects and supports production issues
- Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
- Documents code and technical changes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field required
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git and Agile development practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience supporting federal government contracts
Qualifications
Must Haves
