Summary

The role partners with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to develop data-driven sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and support hiring for technical engineering and niche roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Use market intelligence data and insights to inform sourcing decisions
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Promote *** Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Extensive experience in sourcing for technical engineering and niche roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
