The company is seeking experienced marketing and advertising attorneys to handle commercial agreements supporting marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives on flexible contract assignments.

• Applicants must have 4+ years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives, including advertising agency, media commitments, public relations, brand partnerships, digital marketing, data analytics, talent appearance and performances, sales, production, music licenses, entertainment, promotional messages, contests and sweepstakes, TV and radio commercials, and general commercial agreements
• • 4+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of marketing, advertising, and e-commerce agreements

• Prior experience working in the in-house legal department of a major corporation is preferred
