Summary
Levanta is a creator affiliate platform that connects brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a unified platform for creator discovery, partnerships, payments, and performance measurement. The Sales Development Representative will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound and inbound sales efforts, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Utilize various tools and strategies to generate and qualify new leads
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to engage potential customers
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them effectively to convert into sales opportunities
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Work closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and follow up on leads
- Provide detailed notes and insights to support the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills
- * At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar role
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- * High level of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm
- * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- * Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- * Excellent time management and organizational skills
- * Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC
- * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
