Job description

Summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., a distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine parts and accessories, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support Earl Owen. The role focuses on prospecting and selling to customers, managing account relationships, delivering product presentations, resolving customer issues, and developing business across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell to new and existing customers
  • Visit newly established accounts and established accounts with strong growth potential
  • Deliver sales presentations and communicate accurate product information and availability
  • Partner with Inside Sales to resolve customer issues and support account development
  • Support product displays, schedule maintenance, and ongoing communication with the Regional Manager
  • Follow established company policies and procedures and assume other duties as assigned

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior outside sales experience
  • Ability to travel weekly, including occasional weekends and trade shows
  • Strong time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience, including strong Outlook and Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Some college coursework or degree preferred
  • General automotive, RV, and/or marine knowledge or experience
  • Experience training or educating customers, such as teaching customers how to use online or system features

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
