The Financial Analyst Associate will support engineering and technology business units by managing budgets, schedules, costs, risks, staffing alignment, and financial checkpoints while translating engineering plans into actionable financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Overhead POC for one or more of the RMS Engineering & Technology Line of Businesses
- Responsible for the E&T LOB’s budget creation, schedule, cost, & risk for:
+ Indirect Labor & Functional Expenses
+ DCI / Overhead
+ Staffing / Resource Alignment
- Continuing to integrate the Engineering Finance function within the Program Market Segments
- Continuing to drive financial checkpoints into engineering programs, project milestones, and DCI/OH spend
- Help Bridge the gap between technical delivery and financial objectives
- Help translate engineering plans into actionable financial insights
- Help Align engineering work with business objectives
Skills
- * Experience with systems/applications
- * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and MS Visio
- * Strong analytical skills, including processes associated with Financial Systems
- * Ability to communicate efficiently across various functions and levels in the organization
