Summary
LOGS Legal Group LLP provides legal services in the creditors’ rights industry and is seeking a Legal Assistant II to join its Recovery team. The role supports collections, evictions, and replevins by processing legal documentation, maintaining internal and client systems, assisting with court-related preparation, and ensuring accurate and timely work compliant with applicable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Update internal Firm systems and external client systems within the expected timeframes
- Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file and properly organize legal documentation
- Complete assigned work queue items in the designated timeframes
- Grasp and retain basic legal concepts and terminology that impact ability to produce accurate work product
- Assist with preparing various required items for court appearances
- Review incoming documents and disperse to appropriate parties
- Communicate professionally through various platforms: phone, email, internal/external messaging systems timely
- Timely complete all assigned trainings in the Firm LMS
- Additional duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in a data entry or legal assistant role
- Experience providing administrative/operational support in a legal or office setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a technology driven environment
