Summary
Lukos is a company that delivers professional services to the Department of Defense, supporting military services and federal civilian agencies. The business development intern will assist in engaging with prospective clients, understanding the industry market, and aiding in the recruitment process for government contracts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in required meetings
- Engage potential and current teammates for information gathering and networking
- Conduct competitive research and risk analysis
- Engage with HR and recruiting to create job descriptions and screen candidates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline – highly preferred
- Secret clearance or higher – highly preferred
- SOF operator
- SOF enabler
- Staff experience at a Joint Headquarters
- Human performance research
- Contracting Officer or Acquisition Officer
- Military analytical programs (e.g. operations research, data analysis)
- Interagency experience (e.g. Department of State, USAID, DHS)
