Summary

The Junior IV&V Analyst supports assessments of technology implementation, modernization, and transformation programs by reviewing documentation, analyzing performance, identifying risks, preparing findings, and contributing to client reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget
- Work closely with management and work groups to maintain work plan documents
- Facilitate meetings or conducts interviews with customers (internal and external), clients, teammates as needed based on project assignments
- Gather necessary information to provide analysis, and prepares reports documenting findings of such analysis
- Participate in client meetings; develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; and seek opportunities to add value above and beyond competitors
- Achieve and/or exceed client satisfaction metrics that will increase satisfaction annually
- Manage the activities of projects in accordance with Maximus established polices and procedures
- Adhere and comply to contract requirements
- Attend Division and Corporate meetings as requested and required
- Support IV&V assessments for technology implementation, modernization, and transformation programs
- Review project documentation, plans, schedules, reports, requirements, and other project artifacts to evaluate project performance and compliance with established processes
- Collect, organize, and analyze project information from stakeholders, meetings, project repositories, and performance data
- Identify risks, issues, process gaps, and areas for improvement through independent analysis and evidence review
- Prepare findings, reports, presentations, meeting summaries, and supporting assessment documentation
- Participate in stakeholder interviews, project meetings, workshops, and review activities
- Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to support assessment and reporting activities
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IV&V methods, templates, and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 0 - 3 years of experience consulting within designated function required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, consulting, quality assurance, audit, compliance, or technology project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
