Summary

They are seeking a Pharmacy Interface Certification Engineer to support and certify integrations across their EnterpriseRx platform, working closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of healthcare technology integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions
- Communicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences
- Create and maintain documentation to support certifications, implementations, and ongoing support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards
- Exposure cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, or similar testing and certification tools
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools that improve troubleshooting, testing, or operational efficiency
