The Pharmacy Interface Certification Engineer will support and certify integrations across the EnterpriseRx platform and partner ecosystem by onboarding vendors and customers, testing and troubleshooting interfaces, managing certification projects, and coordinating with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions
- Communicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences
- Create and maintain documentation to support certifications, implementations, and ongoing support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- * Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- * 4+ years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field
- * Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools
- * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- * Experience troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills
- * Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- * Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms
- * Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards
- * Exposure cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, or similar testing and certification tools
- * Exposure to AI-enabled tools that improve troubleshooting, testing, or operational efficiency
