Summary
National Jewish Health is a leading respiratory hospital recognized for excellence in patient care, research, and education. The Contracts & Operations Coordinator supports Health Initiatives by coordinating contracts and projects, managing invoicing and vendor payments, assisting with proposals and RFPs, and facilitating collaboration among clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates contract review, approval and execution processes across multiple stakeholders
- Tracks contracts, project deliverables, timelines and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supports client invoicing, collections and vendor payment processes
- Assists with proposal development, RFP responses and contract-related research
- Provides operational and administrative support while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
- Coordinates and facilitates the contract and project review and approval process
- Facilitates cross institutional communication and coordination of all contracts, projects and supporting documents including reviews, timelines, deliverables and signatures
- Responsible for ensuring all contracts, projects and supporting documents are tracked, organized and archived
- Responsible for understanding, documenting and tracking key contract terms and conditions for department usage and reference
- Completes contract and statement of work research to gather supporting documentation for project support and billing purposes
- Drafts standard proposals and other supporting materials (e.g. VSAs, BAAs) for review and approval by designated institutional staff
- Provides support for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and other department processes
- Prepares assigned monthly client billing detail within the designated timeframe using all applicable QuitPro and client reports and monitors collections
- Submits vendor invoices for payment
- Provides administrative support to the Health Initiatives department
Skills
- Candidates must reside in Colorado, Hawaii, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, New York, Wisconsin or California
- Bachelor#s Degree required
- A minimum of 2 years recent and related work experience in a service delivery field required
- Health care experience preferred
