The HR Business Partner will support Sales and Marketing leaders across the full HRBP remit, including people advisory, performance management, engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations. - Work closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
- Drive and support core HR cycles: performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to support business needs and fill capability gaps
- Analyze people data — attrition, engagement scores, headcount trends — to surface risks and inform leadership decisions
- Support leaders in building high-performing teams; diagnose engagement gaps and follow through on action plans
- Partner on org design and headcount planning discussions as teams scale or restructure
- Manage employee relations matters including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests
- Ensure people practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state law)
