Summary
Nivoda operates a B2B marketplace connecting jewellery retailers and gemstone suppliers through a global diamond and gemstone platform. The GTM Systems Engineer will rebuild the company’s go-to-market infrastructure by developing integrations, event flows, automations, and reliable production systems across tools including Salesforce, Snowflake, and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work with GTM stakeholders to turn unclear process requests into clear technical requirements and a sensible implementation approach
- Build integrations, customer or prospect event flows, automations and changes to our GTM Engine. Use APIs, webhooks, queues, scheduled workflows or small services where they fit
- Choose build, buy or configure based on the problem. Prefer native platform capability first, tooling or middleware second, custom code where it creates real value
- Build for production from the start. Test common failure paths, handle duplicates and retries, then add the monitoring needed to spot problems quickly
- Ship and support what you build using version control, code review and safe deployment. Help troubleshoot or recover failures after launch
- Work with Salesforce, other platform owners and our Commercial Data Analyst to integrate cleanly while making sure systems emit the data needed to measure performance
- Document important flows, decisions and recovery steps so the stack does not depend on one person
Skills
- • 2+ years in software, systems or integration engineering. You have shipped real integrations or services using APIs, webhooks or event-driven systems
- • Solid programming ability in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript. Working SQL plus confidence using Git and code review
- • Experience integrating with business systems such as CRM, payments, finance, marketing or operations platforms. Salesforce experience is useful but not required
- • You can work directly with non-technical stakeholders. You can challenge an unclear request and turn the underlying need into something buildable
- • You can learn unfamiliar systems quickly, then choose the simplest solution that will hold up in production
- • You think about failure cases such as unavailable APIs, duplicate records or conflicting updates before they become production problems
- • Experience at a marketplace or a company selling to small businesses at volume
- • Hands-on time with an iPaaS or workflow tool such as n8n, Zapier or Workato
- • Familiarity with tools in our stack such as Snowflake, [Customer.io](http://Customer.io), Gong, Clay or similar systems
- • Experience with cloud runtimes, CI/CD, observability or production support
