Summary
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking two unpaid interns for their Information Services Department. Interns will participate in IT service desk functions, provide troubleshooting support, and assist with hardware and software installations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in IT service desk functions for the agency
- Provide software and hardware troubleshooting
- Perform hardware and software installation
- Create, view, update, and follow standardized documentation
- Learn consultation standards
- Perform research

- Enrollment in an Information Technology or closely related program
