Summary
Numerator is seeking a Promo Intel Renewals Consultant to own renewal outcomes across its US Promo Intel accounts. The role manages renewal strategy and execution, customer relationships, commercial negotiations, retention, and account growth while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of US Promo Intel accounts and deliver against renewal targets by maximizing retention, reducing churn, and identifying account growth opportunities
- Build and execute an individual renewal strategy for each account, with clear actions to support growth, strong commercial terms, and an on-time close
- Own the renewal process, creating urgency and coordinating the work required to complete each transaction accurately and on schedule
- Identify renewal risk early and develop plans to address potential churn well before the renewal date
- Build strong customer relationships and stay current on account needs, business priorities, product usage, health, and satisfaction
- Partner with Sales Directors on supported accounts as the renewal and Promotions expert, contributing to the strategy and driving its execution
- Lead the renewal and ongoing customer engagement for accounts without dedicated Sales Director support, including regular touchpoints outside the renewal cycle
- Escalate customer issues to Customer Success or Sales and coordinate follow-through to support resolution and customer satisfaction
- Work with Sales Operations to prepare accurate quotes and commercial contracts, and maintain complete, reliable client data
- Negotiate complex commercial terms to support customer value and Numerator’s financial outcomes
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities connected to an active renewal, including additional Promo Intel products and solutions; involve Sales Directors where appropriate
- Work with Product, Operations, and Finance to simplify and strengthen the renewal process and strategy
- Analyze retention trends, commercial terms, and client feedback by product, industry, and team. Share insights that help the business address common risks and improve renewal performance
Skills
- At least four years of experience supporting the renewals process for a sales organization in the SaaS industry or a similarly complex organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience owning renewal outcomes, customer relationships, account management, or a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for retention and growth
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify customer needs, renewal risks, and growth opportunities
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with people in a wide range of roles within customer accounts
- A strong work ethic, sound organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks at once
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, make decisions, and proactively move work forward with limited oversight
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Salesforce experience is a plus
