Outbound Sales Representative/Enrollment Specialist II

The company is seeking an Enrollment Specialist II (Outbound Sales Representative) to support claims payment processing through proactive customer assistance, outbound calls, contact verification, and accurate documentation. The role also involves meeting performance targets, maintaining system information, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a targeted list of customers for claims payment processing
• Responsible for making high volume outbound phone calls and meticulously tracking the results of each call
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while delivering superior customer service
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company's products and services

• See in the normal vision range with or without correction; vision sufficient to read computer screens and printed documents
• Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without corrections
• Salesforce experience is a plus
