Job description

Summary

Oracle is a technology company providing healthcare, cloud, and enterprise solutions. The Integrated Technologies Consultant II will partner with Oracle Health clients to assess workflows, define deployment and integration strategies for end-user devices, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and provide project status updates through conversion.

Responsibilities

  • As a Site Lead you will be responsible for the integration of end point devices including workstations, printers, peripherals, tracking boards. Conducting testing events, and regular status updates and issue resolution
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Science, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • 1-2 years of experience with PC deployment or printer configuration
  • 1-2 years of experience presenting information and communicating with clients at all levels within an organization
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerBI

Must Haves

  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Science, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
