Summary
Oracle is a technology company whose Oracle Health HDI Consulting team helps healthcare organizations implement and improve population health, clinical intelligence, and quality management solutions. The Staff Consultant supports project activities including requirements documentation, configuration and validation, customer materials, go-live readiness, and adoption while developing healthcare workflow and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support customer discovery and working sessions by documenting requirements, workflows, decisions, and action items
- Complete assigned implementation or uplift tasks using established procedures, templates, and guidance
- Assist with configuration and design documentation, checking that assigned work reflects approved requirements
- Execute defined validation and test activities, record results, and document discrepancies for investigation and resolution
- Prepare customer documentation and training materials, and assist with training and adoption activities
- Support go-live readiness checklists, issue tracking, and follow-up activities
- Communicate progress, questions, and blockers promptly; escalate unfamiliar issues with clear supporting information
- Build product and healthcare workflow knowledge, apply feedback, and share useful observations with the team
