Summary
Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently-owned document imaging and technology dealer in the nation. They are seeking a Field Network Technician to join their service team, responsible for providing network support and ensuring connectivity for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of network connectivity, network security and Wi-Fi networks
- Good understanding of Windows server environment and common operating systems
- Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
- Ability to lead clients through the discovery phase (asking the right questions)
- Aggressive problem solver
- Ability to travel locally to different clients
- Ability to communicate through phone / email / written documentation
Skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Good understanding of Mac OS environment
- CompTIA Network+ certified
- Previous experience working in managed IT services
- Basic understanding of VOIP technology
