Job description

Summary

Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through a digital ordering and order management platform for medical equipment and supplies. The Implementation Manager will lead healthcare provider onboarding, digital transformation projects, product activations, process improvements, training, data analysis, and technical integrations to drive platform adoption and successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers of medical equipment and supplies to the Parachute Platform, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines. Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace, applying a consultative approach to tailor the experience to each customer's goals and operational needs
  • Delegate specific project tasks to Implementation Associate to support a faster implementation timeline. Oversee and project-manage these specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, and adjusting resources as needed to maintain project momentum
  • Implement our innovative suite of product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests, etc) making Parachute Platform a digital command center for patient needs. Work closely with HME Providers and internal partners (Sales & Customer Success) to optimize activation strategies and streamline platform adoption, coordinating milestones, setting objectives, and tracking performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes
  • Leverage your consulting skills to develop, interpret, and present actionable insights that guide partnerships forward. Collaborate cross-functionally to address HME Provider opportunities and challenges, using data to support decision-making and enhance the value of our partnerships
  • Identify, design, and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding and transformation efficiency. Apply project management principles to implement best practices, reduce friction points, and increase operational effectiveness within the HME Provider onboarding journey
  • Collaborate with customers to introduce our simple, user-centric experiences and support new product launches. Act as a consultant to communicate product benefits and gather feedback, providing critical insights to the Product team to refine our offerings
  • Lead customized demos and training sessions to equip partners with a comprehensive understanding of the Parachute Platform. Utilize change management techniques to support end users throughout the training process, ensuring they feel confident and empowered
  • Develop deep expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices to enhance seamless connections with our supplier partners’ systems. Guide customers through technical implementations, facilitating efficient integration and scalability

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech
  • Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability
  • Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA
  • Is able to quickly come up to speed on technical topics
