Talent Management Coordinator

Summary

Pearpop is an industry-leading creator marketing company connecting brands and creators to reach and inspire new audiences. They are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support their growing Talent Management team, managing daily operations including campaign management, invoicing, and communication with creators and brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Support our highest-performing Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish, handling daily back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators
• Conduct market research and scouting for new creator and brand partnerships
• Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers – must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators
• Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team
• Participate in client calls to learn, gain insights and absorb information from experienced managers
• Manage campaigns and update records through our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment info, and campaign details are captured

Skills

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment
• A passionate follower of the creator economy, with an understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics
