Job description

Summary

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company providing telehealth, laboratory, pharmacy, and ongoing care services. The Talent Coordinator will support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, updating job postings, and helping deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ro’s interview and conference room calendars effectively, scheduling a high volume of phone, Google Meet, and onsite interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage full-cycle communication for the coordination process, from the initial outreach when a candidate applies and throughout the interview process
  • Engage candidates with regular, friendly, and timely updates to ensure a positive interview experience
  • Post new roles and make updates/changes to job postings in Lever (our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ensure onsite interviews run smoothly by planning any necessary candidate travel, greeting candidates as they arrive, and making sure conference rooms are set up properly
  • Assist with ad-hoc Talent Team projects as needed
