Job description

Summary

ProcareHR is seeking a UKG Ready Implementation & Payroll Solutions Consultant to support end-to-end payroll implementations. The role configures, builds, tests, and troubleshoots UKG Ready, leads audit and parallel payroll processes, and manages client-facing implementation activities.

Responsibilities

  • The UKG Ready Implementation & Payroll Solutions Consultant assists with UKG Ready payroll implementations end to end and owns the audit and parallel payroll process that validates accuracy before go-live

Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready experience in payroll configuration and implementation. This is required; candidates without direct UKG Ready experience will not be considered
  • Demonstrated experience running parallel payrolls and/or payroll audits during a system implementation or conversion
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll fundamentals: gross-to-net calculation, multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, benefits deductions, and accrual methodologies
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies independently and to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing client-facing implementation projects, including timelines, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication
