Summary
Progressive Insurance is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Customer Relationship Management Direct Agency Advancement Data and Insights team. The role focuses on developing carrier partnership frameworks, creating analytical models, designing reporting tools, and collaborating with partners to improve financial management, accountability, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You’ll develop a standardized framework for carrier partnerships by optimizing the onboarding model, implementing post-assessment evaluation processes, and creating analytic models to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- You’ll also design reporting tools for the Direct Agency to improve financial management and accountability, while working closely with partners and collaborators to ensure alignment and drive impactful results
Skills
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

- Proficiency in programming, data preparation, and data visualization software/tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake
- Proven ability to understand complex business problems and to present results of data analysis in a manner that informs, delivers insights, and influences direction and decisions
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
