Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate on the design, configuration, and testing of software systems and tools
- Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirement documents
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing efforts, including test plan creation, execution, and issue tracking
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements based on findings and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Strong understanding of systems automation and process design across multiple teams or departments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Background in regulated environments
