Billing Specialist

Summary

Randstad Digital Americas is a staffing company matching candidates with employment opportunities. The Billing Specialist will execute daily finance operations involving contract administration, pricing, customer billing, vendor invoice processing, and shipment transaction research in a fully remote role. The position will also resolve transaction exceptions, process financial documents, respond to customer and vendor requests, and track performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Research unmatched shipment transactions to identify appropriate PO numbers and cost center details for accurate customer billing
• Analyze exception lines to identify root causes of customer-specific issues and implement long-term solutions
• Process customer billing, vendor invoices, rebates, and chargebacks in compliance with internal controls
• Respond to non-standard customer and vendor requests while maintaining service level objectives
• Participate in regular team meetings to track performance metrics, resolve open issues, and support a productive work environment

Skills

• * Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, billing, or logistics
• * strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
