Summary
Ritual is a personal health brand creating science-backed supplements with transparent, evidence-based products. The Brand Manager leads positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy for assigned products across DTC, Amazon, and Retail, while coordinating cross-functional launches, messaging, performance analysis, and product lifecycle initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product commercialization and go-to-market strategy for assigned products and key initiatives, developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, and integrated marketing strategies from concept through execution
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging, independently translating product features, scientific information, consumer insights, and competitive trends into compelling consumer-facing stories
- Serve as the cross-functional marketing lead for assigned launches and commercialization initiatives, building strong partnerships and driving alignment across Product Innovation, Science, Regulatory, Creative, Growth, Customer, Retail, Sales, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and execute integrated launch and marketing plans in partnership with channel teams, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and bringing forward recommendations to keep initiatives moving. Ensure current portfolio health is checked and tracking towards goals
- Lead ongoing product messaging and creative optimization, using consumer insights, competitive trends, and performance data to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and improve product adoption, conversion, and engagement
- Monitor and analyze product and campaign performance, synthesizing multiple sources of business, consumer, and market data into clear insights, recommendations, and actions
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Product Innovation to understand consumer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities, helping inform product positioning, innovation, and future commercialization strategies
- Manage key elements of the product lifecycle, including expansions, reformulations, packaging updates, claims changes, and other initiatives, while proactively identifying gaps and opportunities that improve the consumer experience and product performance

- Demonstrated experience independently leading product launches, commercialization initiatives, or complex marketing workstreams from strategy through execution
- Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging, and consumer-facing marketing, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear and compelling storytelling
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently resolve routine challenges and bring thoughtful options and recommendations to leadership when navigating more complex or ambiguous decisions
- Ability to synthesize multiple sources of consumer, market, and business data to identify opportunities, understand tradeoffs, and recommend clear paths forward
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills, with strong accountability for deliverable quality, timelines, and project outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships, proactively connect workstreams, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing, or a related role
- Preferably within CPG, VMS, wellness, beauty, or another consumer-focused industry
