Summary
Road to Rev runs ongoing outbound sales for B2B companies selling into the consumer packaged goods industry. The Client Operations & Automation Specialist will build and manage the operational systems behind client engagements, automate workflows, support sales representatives, and communicate directly with clients about account performance.
Responsibilities
- Building and improving automations in Make.com that connect our stack and remove manual work from the team's day
- Connecting systems through APIs and webhooks, including GoHighLevel, Instantly, Apollo, and several more
- Finding the processes that still run on human effort and replacing them with systems that do not
- Configuring new client accounts in GoHighLevel, including sub-account architecture, campaign infrastructure, and calling setup
- Monitoring the systems you build and resolving issues before they reach a client
- Building and refining prospect lists in Apollo as campaign targeting evolves
- Supporting sales reps with playbooks, list quality, and day-to-day problem solving
- Running client communication, including onboarding calls, weekly reporting, and account health conversations
Skills
- You must be living and working full-time in the United States
- Two or more years in agency operations, client success, marketing operations, or a comparable role
- Hands-on experience building automations with no-code tools, and comfort working with APIs and webhooks. (You do not need to be able to write custom code.)
- Exceptional organization. You will carry many moving pieces across multiple accounts, and small errors compound quickly
- Comfort inside a fast-paced startup, where priorities shift and the process you wrote last month needs rewriting this month
