Summary
RoadRunner is a technology-enabled waste and recycling services company focused on efficient, scalable, and sustainable waste operations. The Implementation Specialist leads customer onboarding, coordinates communication among customers and internal teams, recommends recycling and cost-saving plans, and manages implementation workflows to establish successful long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- 40% - Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives
- 30% - Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal vendor, service and operations teams during the strategy implementation process
- 10% - Partner with Customers to understand their business issues and related needs. Utilize broad knowledge to recommend Diversion (Recycling) and Brokering (Savings) plans to RoadRunner Customers where appropriate
- 10% - Perform Broker and Diversion plan implementations to fit customer needs
- 10% - Manage and update internal workflows to track customer activities and approvals

- * Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and across all functions of the organization
- * Proven ability to organize/manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs
