Job description

Summary

RTS is an enthusiast culture company operating at the intersection of gaming, creators, and brands, including the Evolution Championship Series (Evo) live events. The Logistics Manager will plan and execute domestic and international event logistics, including shipping, customs, storage, inventory, budgets, vendors, and production timelines for RTS-owned equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment required for all Evo domestic and international events. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, game consoles, PCs, accessories, monitors, and Evo displays
  • Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies
  • Inventory and asset management
  • Create and implement equipment storage plans (domestic and international)
  • Develop framework and process flow for return post event for internal teams as well as third parties for internally owned as well as rented equipment
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Manage specific line items within event budgets
  • Track invoices and vendor payments in collaboration with finance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline costs and improve efficiency

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in live event operations and international shipping management
  • Experience working with 3rd party freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Demonstrated experience managing equipment inventory and storage solutions
  • Strategic thinker who can also manage on-the-ground execution
  • Proficient in event management and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Able to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams
  • A sense of ownership and accountability even when working remotely
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
