Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated student, recent graduate, or alumnus to participate in our Fall/Winter 2026 AI & Business Process Automation Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience identifying, designing, and implementing practical AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, increase data visibility, and streamline business processes across the organization.

Position Details

Interns will partner with business leaders to evaluate current workflows, prioritize automation opportunities, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and deliver sustainable tools that create measurable business value. The role combines process improvement, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration.

Schedule

Internship Duration: 3-4 Months (Fall/Winter 2026). Schedule: Flexible based on academic requirements and business needs. Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote with periodic on-site collaboration as needed.

Responsibilities

Analysis

Analyze business processes across functional areas including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain. Identify repetitive, manual, and time-intensive tasks suitable for AI and automation solutions. Document current-state and future-state workflows and process maps. Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact and implementation feasibility.

Artificial Intelligence

Quantify potential improvements in productivity, accuracy, visibility, quality, and cost savings. Develop proof-of-concept and production-ready solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, and related AI technologies. Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve business insights and decision-making.

Teamwork

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and drive adoption. Present findings, recommendations, and project results to leadership teams. Support AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout project execution.

Requirements

Education

Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate, or alumni with coursework in: Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Human Resources, or Related fields.

Experience

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Cowork, or similar technology platforms. Interest in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, digital transformation, and business process optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience documenting, mapping, or improving business processes.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of AI governance, security considerations, and responsible AI principles.
