Summary
Shriners Children’s provides pediatric specialty care, education, and research with a focus on excellence, compassion, and evidence-based practice. The Epic Application Analyst, Ambulatory designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports information technology solutions while documenting customer requirements and communicating with customers and peers to implement changes.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing assigned portions of business or clinical operations to identify clients’ information system’s needs
- Defining processes, problems and requirements; performing cost/benefit analyses
- Performing assignments for the design and analysis of clinical and business information systems to meet clients' needs
Skills
- Experience working in a medical setting
- A BA/BS Degree - or 5 years of equivalent clinical or information services experience
- Must hold current Epic Certification in Ambulatory
- Epic Certification in Order Transmittal
Qualifications
